1. Property Sourcing

Our team of property sourcers are scouring the market to find the best property deals. These come from both traditional sources (agents), and off-market leads (we do extensive flyering and leafletting). We target high net yield properties. 

2. Refurbishment

We have a large team of builders, painters, decorators, plasterers, electricians, heating engineers, and Project Managers who ensure our properties are refurbished quickly and to a high standard.

3. Letting and property management

We have a strict criteria to find high quality tenants for the properties we manage, and currently have a 98% on-time payment track record. We also proactively maintain all our properties, meaning we find and fix problems before they turn into a nightmare!
